Paul and the team at Scoffield Stone were the standout choice. They truly know the market and, unlike the other Agents, took everything into consideration about my property before valueing. The other Agents appeared to be only interested in the square footage .... whereas Paul was also interested in the curb appeal, plot, location, position and potential of my property. His valuation prooved to be spot on as viewings and offers came in at a nice steady pace. The sale progression was also smoothly administered by the friendly Scoffield Stone team.
