We have used Scoffield Stone as our letting agents for our apartment in Mickleover for the past 4 years. We are not professional landlords but this is the fourth experience that we have had of using a letting agent and it is without question the best. The letting team led by Sally is locally based they always pick up the phone or answer an email. Sally is professional and pragmatic has given us a great service and I am confident that the tenants would say the same. 5 stars without question. - Timothy Berry

I rented a beautiful apartment in Mickleover through Schoffield Stone for the past three and a half years before moving onto the housing ladder. During this time I have found SS be friendly, approachable and helpful. As a tenant I felt secure and supported. Any problems with the apartment were quickly dealt with and their communication was great throughout. Partner trades they used were always also friendly and professional. Leaving the apartment has been bitter sweet but again SS have made the exit and deposit return an easy and stress free process. Every staff member I have dealt with over the last few years has been kind and a pleasure to speak to. Thankyou! - Rebecca Fearon
