The other Agents appeared to be only interested in the square footage .... whereas Paul was also interested in the curb appeal, plot, location, position and potential of my property. His valuation prooved to be spot on as viewings and offers came in at a nice steady pace. The sale progression was also smoothly administered by the friendly Scoffield Stone team.
